Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken

- 2 tablespoons Sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon oil
- Egg 12 roll wrappers 1 beaten egg
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- Over medium heat, fry the chicken until no longer pink. Next, add the garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds. Add the

- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix, and remove from heat.

For a healthier option, try baking your spring rolls instead of frying them.
